Alumni Admissions Program

Think back to your college days at Wooster. Remember the fun and memorable experiences you had? Wouldn't you like to share your Wooster experiences with high school students and their families? Well, now you can by becoming an Alumni Admissions Representative (AAR) for The College of Wooster.

For 25 years, The College of Wooster has benefited from the enthusiastic efforts of AARs across the country in the recruitment of well-qualified students. AARs are a tremendous support to the Office of Admissions as they volunteer for a variety of regional events, including representing Wooster at college fairs, conducting off-campus inteviews, hosting area receptions, and making phone calls to prospective students. In addition, AARs provide the Office of Admissions names of prospective students from their hometowns who they feel would be solid candidates for admission to Wooster.

The commitment to be an Alumni Admissions Representative is simple. All you have to do is agree to volunteer for the period between September 1 and May 1 of an academic year. As an AAR, you decide which events you want to participate in and how much time you want to donate to the program. Even if you can only donate an hour of time a year, we will gladly accept your help!
